This building is fully sprinklered for one-hour substitution. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of existing reception desk cabinetry, removal of existing cabinetry and fixtures in Break Room, addition of walls, doors and door hardware to provide (3) Phone Rooms, adding cabinetry and fixtures for a new Break Room and Reception Area as per plans, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work as noted; interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. BLD03-02511 was the initial Permit for this tenant space. No change to Ocupany or to Occupancy Load is proposed. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **BJM**
