(VANILLA) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 13,080 sq. ft. vacant retail tenant space. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached engineering. Work to include: removal of removal of select exterior bearing wall to create a new exterior opening and add a new 10’ x 14’ steel overhead door. Note: Special inspection is required, see attached 310 form. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
