Work to include: Removal of an existing metal building canopy/overhang; construct pre-engineered metal structure; concrete slab and footings; electrical work; plumbing work; and repair concrete work for parking area. Using frontage increase for buiding area, future additions will require additional evaluation of occupancies and separations and fire sprinklers may be required.
