The stem walls will be built first thing in the morning and should be available to be inspected by 8:30 or 9:00 am - Concrete is scheduled for Noon.
I am sorry the plans in the tube were not the city approved plans. I printed the wring file. They will be replaced as soon as i can get them re-printed. Thank you!

The plans and permit signature page for this project is located in the "Plans" tube hanging from the exterior light on the front of the garage. The approved plans do not call for rebar... please confirm that our setbacks are within city code limits. Please call either of the following if you have any questions.
