This building is separated by a 4-hour fire wall into two buildings. The 71,508 sq ft West building is of Type IIIB Construction and the 22,097 sq ft East building is of Type VB Construction. Work to include: Patching & painting exteirior, installation of new generator and fenced enclosure, new gates and repair CMU on existing trash enclosure, installation of new exterior entry doors. Special inspections required per attached Form 310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system for area increase.
