The development project proposes the construction of two buildings containing 34 multifamily residential units allowed in the R-O zone. A Conditional Use Permit is being requested to allow for the construction of a small (less than 800sf) commercial tenant space intended to be filled with any use allowed by code or listed as conditional in the Boise zoning code under table 11-06.1 in the following categories - Food and Beverage Services, Personal Services, or Retail (Sales), including grocery store.
