TM Crowley is proposing a new CVS Pharmacy with drive-thru located at 1265 South Capitol Boulevard in Boise, Idaho. The existing retail strip building will be redeveloped to allow for the construction of the new CVS Pharmacy. The redeveloped area includes the existing strip mall building at 1265 South Capitol Boulevard which contains the Tree City Juice and Smoothie Café, Textbook Exchange BSU, Subway, and Nutrishop Boise. The building (approximately 6,200 square feet) and some associated parking will be demolished to allow for the construction of the new CVS Pharmacy.
The CVS Pharmacy will include a one-story, 13,111 square foot building, with drive-thru, associated parking, service and landscape areas. In addition to the above, one access will be removed and another will be modified along Ann Morrison Park Drive. The Plazas along Capitol Boulevard and Ann Morrison Parkway will be maintained and/or improved with the proposed development. Please refer to the attached site plan for the proposed improvements.
