Revise the streetscape design along 8th Street from all concrete with tree planters to an 8'-3" wide grass planter strip with trees between the back of the curb and the sidewalk. This will allow us to set the sidewalk at an elevation to provide an accessible west entry at the commercial space and an accessible entry at the residential lobby entry. This will also us to keep the sideslope of the sidewalk along 8th Street less than 2% as required for accessibility.
