Exterior improvements include, removal of the existing windows frames and glazing to be replaced with new alum storefront systems at the South, East & North Elevations. South elevation also includes removal of existing wood wall infill panels & entry door at grade to be replaced with a new storefront & glazing with spandrel panels along bottom to match glazing & a new entry door, and the addition of a new wall hung awning. East elevation, remove existing wood wall infill panels at grade and providing a new storefront window infill with spandrel panels along bottom to match glazing, and the addition of a new wall hung awning above. All new storefront frames to be anodized black. Inspect, reattach, reseal and repaint existing trim and parapet cap to remain to match new storefronts. Existing windows on West Elevation are to remain and are unmodified.
