This modification request is for a new 6 story 89,830 square foot Boutique Hotel in downtown Boise. With future 3,310 s.f. ground floor restaurant, submitted under separate permit. Site grading, landscaping and street frontage improvements included. Modifications have been made to each of the floor plans for more efficient room layouts, public spaces and circulation. This revised the building footprints for each floor and in turn revised the exterior façade. Also the building structure evolution has had an effect on the buildings over all appearance. Material revisions were made to the exterior façade to accommodate the revised building profile.
