Change existing storefront windows to overhead doors in the Fidelity Building's Pollo Rey tenant space. This will match the overhead doors in the Fidelity Building's Bittercreek/Red Feather Lounge. There will be an indoor/outdoor bar located at the south elevation overhead doors. The area below the bar will be changed to a material congruous within the context of the building. (Pollo Rey will become Diablo Mezcaleria)
