Construction of an approximately 20,000 square foot Flex-Tech tenant structure intended for the occupancy or office/retail and industrial tenants. The structure would be constructed of a structural steel frame system with metal stud infill and pre-finished insulated metal panel skin with aluminum storefronts, aluminum shade device and parapet screening. Site improvements would include parking areas, loading/unloading areas and various landscape elements.
