This application is a request to change and add to the current site/building of the Lucky Dog Tavern. The project consists of the remodel of the existing Lucky Dog Tavern on W. Fairview Avenue into a Micro District Station for the Boise Police Department. The 4,500 square feet remodel includes the addition of a new vestibule entry, at the main level. The existing first floor will be remodeled into offices and lockers for the officers; and the existing basement will house the bike maintenance and mechanical spaces. There will be a secure parking area for the Police Department on the site to the west of the building. The building entry will include a landscaped plaza.
