An interior remodel and exterior renovation of the historic Averyl Building in Downtown Boise. The ground floor of the building is being remodeled into a restaurant and bar. A hotel lobby is also located on the ground floor. Second through fourth floors will be remodeled into a 39 room boutique hotel. This building has most recently been the "Ice Bouquet" bar on the ground floor. The upper floors were a workers hotel from 1910 when it was built until the 1960's. The upper floors have been vacant since that time.
