Discussed scope of work on old house which will be a rental. Scope of work is up bath and kitchen remodel. All exposed knob and tube wiring will be removed as requested by owner. no wells to be opened up except up bath and kitchen area. Perimeter walls concrete so may surface mount conduits to required kitchen receptacles. Adding smoke detectors and will fix all life safety issues in basement. Open splice upper attic closet will be repaired.
