No entrance, excessive tracking onto swift. Sout perimeter doesn't have perimeter control around canal, some spots grading is all the way to edge. Pads have been poured, washout clean and on site.

Permit sign and ESC plan posted on site. Wattle has been installed along the irrigation ditch at south limit of disturbance. Will remove trees, but advised to preserve grasses on bank.
Work to begin next Monday, will install construction entrance onto Cole and insert fiber mat on storm drain on Cole, just south of site. Grading company to have fugitive dust control onsite.
