dumping/stockpiling on 1724?
No dirt from site in road or gutter. Perimeter vegetation on lot has been preserved. Lot in question is planned to be construction of a new SFH that is in planning and approvals stage of project. Will continue to monitor.
Notified RP and parcel owner to make sure stockpiles do not causing sediment runoff or dust.

Met with owner/rp Gary on site. Washout was destroyed and they washed out in dirt. He got on loader and started getting it cleaned before I left.
Will make surw there is washout and is used when stem walls are poured.

Trackout complaint.
Minor trackout. Crew sweeping at time of inspection. RP Gary onsite. Will sweep up more at the end of day. They are done with haul off. Remaining stockpill will be for backfill. Plan is to leave existing grass buffer around perimeter. Will use plastic tub for washout. ESC permit sign posted on garage.
