Inspection for cover at 3rd floor building #3 tenant units only okayed with exceptions in unit 304 as marked on plan set. Also inspected coverage/ non-combustible finishes at 1st thru 4th floor concealed spaces behind and above fireplace enclosures. Note, some locations are sprinklered and others are sheetrocked to meet allowable exceptions per NFPA 13. Also noted 1st floor blind space room adjacent the the electrical room building #2 SW corner to be sprinklered.

Overhead inspection for 2nd floor building #2 units D (east and west), A2, B2, C, C2, and D1 completed. Items noted on plan include seven unprotected concealed spaces at units D, B2 and D1, missing heads per plan at bathrooms units A2 and B2. Also noted pipe size discrepancies between field install and approved plan at A2- need to match plan or provide design info to support changes.

Inspection for cover at the 2nd floor building #2 incomplete due to significant field modifications in branch line locations/pipe sizes which differ from the approved design.

OH piping at building #3 east stairway floors basement thru 3rd floor okayed for cover.

Site visit to verify insulation fill at building #3 second floor non-sprinklered eaves (6 locations).

Inspection to verify non-sprinklered concealed attic pockets at the 2nd floor east side are entireley filled with non-combustible insulation to meet exception requirements per NFPA 13 as discussed.

Insulation at the non-sprinklered attic spaces is not yet completed for inspection.

OH rough-in for the 4th floor building #2 wet and dry system inspection completed today, noted one missing upright head at the attic system above the riser room, missing seismic bracing at dry system mains north side, tenting at the wet piping appears acceptable. Noted corridors, laundry/trash chute rooms, and star landings are not yet complete, field modifications annotated on plans for added or deleted heads, attic pockets at the north end to be entirely filled with non-combustible insulation to meet exception criteria per NFPA 13 for non-sprinklered locations.

See areas on 3rd floor plan marked with today's date, noted two missing hangers, need EC coverage SW heads at the patios due to spacing (head legend does not indicate), pipe sizes on plan must match field install.

See areas on approved plan for locations inspected today and items in need of revision at the dry system and 4th floor wet system west side. Noted two missing EQ braces, one blocked upright head, two heads exceeding min. spacing, one overspaced pendent, exterior balconies and patios are not protected, tenting at some locations needs adjusted, field changes at the lobby, stair and elevator hoistway need to be shown on as-built drawings, two noted concealed spaces must be non-combustible or protected.

See locations on approved plan set sheet FP5 for locations inspected to date on the 1st floor only, including areas north of the corridor main, noted issues in need of revision clouded and annotated.
