12/23/10: PLAN MODIFICATION (5 Initiating devices affected). This plan modification is to provide a new Fire Alarm Control Panel and connect the existing pull station and sprinkler system monitoring devices to it. No duct detectors or HVAC has been indicated. If duct detectors are required and/or provided, a plan modification shall be submitted an approved prior to calling for a final inspection. Also included in this plan modification scope of work is the addition of an IntelliTap module.

2/17/09: This fire alarm permit is to replace the DACT (phone lines) functions with RF Radio for monitoring. There is no associated building permit.

To final this permit both flow switches and both PIV tamper switches need to be tested. The inspector test lines do not have the required orfice mounted therefore a test or these devices could not be completed.

The AES panel had a Netcon 5. The AES panel was being used as a stand alone facp which is not allowed due to listing. The city approved drawings showed a separate facp connected to the new AES panel. No testing other than the Netcon was performed.

I spoke to Bryan at 7:43 to meet with him first thing. I waited at the project site until 8:15. There was no answer on his phone when I tried to re-contact him. No inspection was performed.
