9/6/2012 PLAN MODIFICATION (no initiating devices affected): This plan modification is to provide non-addressable relay modules to control the recall functions of the elevator, and to tie in the elevator fire curtains to close on general alarm. 9/3/2010:This quick permit is to provide a heat and a smoke detector in the elevator equipment room for elevator recall and shunt trip functions. Devices are to be added to the existing circuit. There is no indication of the fireman's hatlight on the I/O matrix. Per the contractor, the elvators do not contain a fireman's hat light. If the elevator has a fireman's hat light, a plan modification shall be required to include these functions. There are no written review comments. There is no associated building permit.
