I found some of the pendant sprinkler protection had been modified as per the last on site conference but several location the heads had not been modified to match plan so they remain out of code compliance. I found several areas with overspaced heads, which per the sprinkler fitter stated were outside of his scope of work. After speaking to Tim Frost on the soffits and cabinetry we are of the opion to meet NFPA 13 4.1 , that the sprinkler coverage is to be provided behind/extend to the wall behind the soffit. The cabinetry appears to be mobile. Tim spoke to Brad at TVFP about the issue. It also appears that a plan modification will be required since the wall and soffit and sprinkler head installation\layout does not match the city approved plans.

Missing approved plans and review comments on site, rough-in inspection has not been requested prior to completion of ceiling cover, pendent heads in need of adjustment- missing escutcheons at several locations, noted blocked and obstructed heads due to lighting tray and shelved merchandise displays adjacent to walls.

javier and I started the inspection but I found not all of the heads as shown on the plans have been installed and some of the pendants installed are blocked by signage/racking at the new soffits. Also I looked at some work that is not shown on the plans.
