The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of residential remodel. A second floor is being added along with changes on the first floor.

Permit has been modified to downsize from an 100 sq. ft. second story addition to an 812 sq. ft. second story addition. This permit in the WUI Foothills area is to include a new 812 s.f. upper level with a new code complying stair along with the infill of an existing alcove to allow for the relocation of the laundry room area powder room and stairway construction along with 160s.f. to the master suite. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and ESC permits are required. Need GC -- R-1B setbacks ok per David Moser. All per the approved plans as marked, energy prescriptive method; Engineer’s details and the plan review notes. pep
