The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of 8-unit apartment building. CPVC pipe and extended throw residential sprinklers are being utilized.

Horizon Park - Eight Unit Apartment Building (First floor apt. #s 101,102,103,104, Second floor #s 201,202,203,204). Permit for the construction of a new 2 story, 8 unit apartment building per the approved plans. The building has 4,800 sq. ft. per story including common areas with 4 apartments on each story. This building is fully fire sprinklered per residential occupancy requirements and shall comply with NFPA13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CDM

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
