The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. In addition, adding fire protection below a mezzanine.

Permit is to remodel and add a floor to an existing 1,280 square foot storage tenant space. The new second floor will be 500 square feet. The total new tenant area is 1,780 square feet. This tenant is in an existing 5,500 square foot shell (BLD05-01261). Approval per approved plans on file. **PLAN MODIFICATION – Modification submitted to add second floor and additional office areas. 3-4-15** Work to include: [construction of interior walls to create: a second floor, one office, one reception area, a work area, a family assisted use restroom, a closet, and a break area], construction of new stair system to serve second floor, construct wood floor deck, installation of new lighting, relocating ducts and diffusers, new doors and hardware, new accessible sales and service counter, and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. NOTE: A separate building permit will be required prior to occupancy of this building. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
