The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of installing a complete automatic wet pipe fire sprinkler system throughout the existing triplex per NFPA 13R 2013 on the first and second floor and NFPA 13 2013 in the basement. Work will begin at the connection to the water main at the property line and extend 40' of 2" CPVC to the riser. All CPVC pipe to be covered with soffit (by others) and all exposed pipe to be black steel.

To remodel an existing mixed use building into a three unit (Tri-plex) building. The main floor will be remodeled into two separate dwelling units rather than 1 dwelling unit and a professional office. An existing apartment is located on the 2nd story. Work to include: build dwelling unit separation walls and horizontal separation per plans; install new exterior doors and windows; add insulation per plan locations; provide separate electrical services; construct a new kitchen and bathroom for the new dwelling unit; install smoke detectors; electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. All work per the approved plans, attached plan review report, and adopted codes. NOTE: This building is NOT fire sprinklered. **SRZ**
