RELOCATE 6 FIRE SPRINKLERS IN THE TENANT AREA FOR THE NEW GRID LAYOUT AND ADDED WALLS PER NFPA 13 2013 FOR LIGHT HAZARD.


[BLD16-02905] - Permit is to remodel an existing 1,883 sq. ft. tenant space within a four story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select millwork, removal of plumbing fixtures, construction of select new interior nonbearing walls to create (2) testing rooms, a testing office, (2) fitting rooms, select new door/door frames, select new millwork, select new acoustic ceiling, relocating existing light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
