Permit is to remodel an existing 3,436 sq. ft. tenant space within a four story building. Work to include: interior demolition; new interior nonbearing walls; 1-hour rated fire barrier for new control room for oxygen tank storage; new doors; millwork; ceiling; plumbing; electrical power and lighting; HVAC ducting and units; new interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2015 IBC. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JAR**
