2- need to insulate bare metal on supply plenums where round ties into square duct and all wye branch fittings in attic where bare metal showing to R-8
3- supply main to master bedroom needs 3 inch clearance to fireplace flue in attic
4- need ladder provided by contractor to access furnace/coil in attic
5- need to insulate filter box for outside air in attic where ties onto return plenum bare meatal showing
6- master bath exhaust in toilet room needs metal to plactic connection sealed at fan location
