Check on progress. 25 day notice due. Issuued a correction notice to have homeowner contact me to give a status update. No plans or engineering have been submited as of yet. Today is end of 25 day notice. Homeowner has had 40 business days since initial correction notice. Home owner did call me back and stated that he has potentially found an engineer to help him but will not arrive at his home until end of 2nd week in Feb. Homeowner to call after his meeting with engineer to give staus update. Another inspection has bee scheduled for feb. 19th.

A 5 day notice of violation has been issued to stop any work on project, submit plans and enineering to planning and zoning for all required approvals or remove non-compliant structure. An aditional inspection has been scheduled for 12-27-17.

Check on status...
No one at home. framing for roof over Mfg. home and patio cover complete including what appears to be asphalt shingles on roof.... roof pitch may be to shallow to allow asphalt shingle application. at this point, no soffit material has been applied to underside of framing.....and no perimeter closure installed to roof over Mfg. home.....allowing to still see roof framing in that area. No one currently working on project. Will schedule follow up inspection for Mon. Dec. 18.

please reinspect, report of paito being constructed without permit. MIS pulled originally on wrong address (915 S. Curtis #14) should be this address of 815 S. Curtis #14. Thanks! Noted that building permit and engineering will be required for patio cover and addition of roof over mobile home. Correction notice was issued.
