I talked too Steven for STW Investments LLC. on 3/6/18 about needing to have a licensed electrical contractor to do electrical work. Work has been done in the kitchen area, and also in the bathroom. Misc swithces and recepts have been installed. A permenant service inspection request was done on 3/6/18. The electrician that did the service work was not a licensed electrical contractor, he was only a journeyman. Property owner in turn had hired a contractor to pull an electrical permit for the service. I talked to the electrical contractor that pulled the service permit and ask if they were doing any other work on the property, they said no they are not. I have talked to Steven 1 time prior about doing work at this address. He told me he was moving into the home. There is now a for sale by owner sign in the front yard. Double fee will be assessed.
