I went by to verify corrections to the furnace have been made, corrections were made by a contractor hired by the owner because of a dispute with the permitting contractor. The corrections have not been made to the water heater, contractor has been turned over to the State Department of Building Safety for licensing violations. Owner will need make corrections or secure a contractor to make corrections to the water heater.
