No new activity where open parcel was accessed off Winter Camp by excavator machine.
Jenkins Erosion Control has installed a perimeter sediment control wattle properly, and material for erosion control blankets has been placed on a disturbed slope but does require further work for proper installation (stakes unable to be hammered in due to frozen ground, key trench at top of blanket, and shingle blankets down the slope). ESC contact Jill shall be notified of the corrections needed.
Notice was given to not do any placement of gravel or other material on this parcel until further notice or approval.
No further corrections requested at this time. Case is still under investigation for full resolution.

Straw wattle sediment barrier installed at sidewalk along Winter Camp where equipment accessed the property. Cut in hilliside will need erosion control blanket, crew has installed two strips but will need to get more to finish the installation.
No trackout or sediment runoff to Winter Camp observed.
An ESC permit will be issued for this stabilization operation, there is a possibity of placing gravel at this location as means of stabilization. Will need to get approval through zoning and Public Works in addition to ESC permit.

Grading work without permits reported Phone #: ###-####
Geotechnical investigation authorized by parcel owner including 13 test pits in various locations. Work conducted by All West Engineering and L3 equipment operator. Soil samples and percolation tests using water are being done. Work to occur Thurdsay 20 and Friday the 21st.
After the operation is complete excavation pits are to be filled back in, install erosion controls, revegetation, and stabilization shall be required to prevent slope erosion and to contain loose sediment.
No ESC permit is required at this time, ESC division will be working with operator and parcel owner to stabilize disturbed areas. No other work is approved or allowed. Follow up inspection scheduled.
