Work to include, removal of the existing storefront system at both ends of the tenant space, to install new doors at each of these locations, each of these doors will have electromagnetic locking hardware with motion sensor and exit button to match existing hardware, new finish will be added to match the existing finishes NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered and has a smoke control system. All modificationts to the fire sprinkler system shall be per NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. The smoke evacuation system shall be maintained as installed under the 1985 UBC.
