Additional plans submitted  6/22/2001
Ken Dehart provided two new copies of rack system layout & additional racks accompanied by a letter declaring that the storage height was reduced to 12 feet or less to eliminate the requirements for high piled storage under Article 81 and to address means of compliance with fire code review for resubmital to fire code analyst to answer their outstanding questions and allow the issucane of a permit for the rack relocation to east-west direction and add additional row of double rack and row of single racks on the north end of the warehouse to provide additional storage for reducing the rack storage height.
Meeting  6/21/2001
Met with Ken DeHart, west Coast Paper General Manager & Cindee of West Coast Paper to review the rack storage plans for resubmittal, to have the additional new racks being installed and to receive a written declaration from Ken Dehart that the storage height on the racks will not exceed 12 feet. West Coast Paper is currently working with the landlord, Sundance Properties, to obtain additional storage space at 1011 W. Miller St. No rack storage in this location. Plans and application are required and a certificate of occupancy for this new tenant space. It appears that previously existing door that provided an accessible route to this new area has been remove, a wall not shown on previous plans on file is now in place and the office area may not be a part of this new storage area creating problems for accessiblity and use of the possible future tenant space. Ken Dehart will review with the landlord. A copy of the 1989, 1990, 1994 plan remodels for this area were given to Cindee for reference in discussions with landlord.
