(SHAKESPEARE OFFICE - 2ND FLR) This building is fire sprinklered to substitute for 1-hr fire-resistive construction. To prepare a 1,400 square foot area on the 2nd floor of an existing 28,327 square foot building for an office tenant. An interior nonbearing wall is being demolished. Work is to include a new 4 foot wide door. The existing accessible route provided from the public way to this tenant space shall be maintained available to the disabled. The existing first floor restrooms shall be maintained available to the occupants of this tenant space. Every occupant on the 2nd floor level and every occupant exiting through the 2nd floor level shall have unrestricted access, at all times, to both the West and East stairways. The location of fire sprinkler heads shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
