Copy of "H" occupancy form provided by tenant through architect declaring 100 quarts of motor oil for use and storage and remtal of a solvent cleaning tanl from Safety Kleen Co. No other items were declared. I called the architect and ask him about salesitems to do with motorcycle maintenance in the retail area and if there would be fuel for filling the motorcycles, etc. at the site. He will get information from tenant and provide declaration letter.

I had called Jimmy O'Conner, architect, after receiving the H occupancy questionaire form back from tenant. I had concerns if the products to be displayed and sold in the retail portion of the tenant space were included on the "H Occupancy Form" and if there would be any fuel source on site to use in the motorcycles. I ask for a letter from the tenant declaring any additional items, quantities and container sizes of hazardous materials.

Received another letter from the tenant, Tim Wren, through the architect declaring items to be sold on site and stating that no gasoline would be stored at site. Copy of letters to fire code analyst for their review of project.
