Description	(SEATTLE NW SECURITIES - US BANK - 6TH FLR) This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. To create a 2,330 square foot office tenant space and to construct interior improvements. This space is located on the 6th floor (14,600 square feet total) of an existing high rise building. The "core" has a floor area of 2,670 square feet. The two existing "core" restrooms were upgraded to be accessible to the disabled and the elevator lobby was remodeled under permit BLD03-00539. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior windows and doors, millwork, finishes, and suspended ceilings all per the approved drawings and plan review report on file. The fire sprinkler system, fire alarm system, and high-rise life safety systems (and the infrastructure supporting these systems) for the 6th floor are regulated under the provisions of the 2000 IBC. The fire sprinkler system shall comply with NFPA 13-1999 as regulated by the Fire Department. If not already existing, firesafing shall be installed at the perimeter of the floor (within this tenant space) between the floor and the spandrel glass. CJW
