This shell structure will include grade beam footings, tube steel columns and braces and wide flange steel beam floor and roof framing. Metal deck and concrete fill 2nd floor systems and a metal deck roof system. This addition is structurally independent of existing building. All construction per the approved plans. PC#654-03/JCM
