Ray Criner (BFD) informed me that this tenant was open for business without a certificate of occupancy and a noncompliant Type I hood system; I stopped by on 6/15/04 at 2:30 pm and there was nobody inside. I stopped by on 6/16/04 at 10:00 am and again no one was present. I posted a "Do not occupy" from the Fire Marshal's Office and a "Do not occupy" sign from the building department on the front entry glass; there is a billboard sign on Vista that states the bistro is now open from 6 am to 3 pm 6/16/2004 10:11:03 AM
