To remodel an existing single family dwelling to upgrade the existing west wall to 1-hr. construction due to location of property line, and to provide zoning approved paved parking and driveway in front of the dwelling to replace garage. Work also includes demolition of the rear garage and adjoining breezeway; infill door and window on west wall with 1-hr. construction (block); create a 1-hr. gable end in attic area on west wall with approved wood/sheetrock assembly by adding alongside existing truss; and to solid block under open eave on west wall, and repair and replace fascia trim as may be necessary (option for blocking is to remove entire eave projection flush to wall line and install moisture proofing).
