Deferred Submittals - Structural Calculations and Details. The structural calculations and anchoring details for the attendant's booth are being deferred so that the parking lot and landscaping work can begin. The required deferred submittals include the structural calculations for the building vertical and lateral loads, as well as, all structural calculations for the required building attachments to the concrete foundation. These deferred structural items must be submitted to the Boise City Building Department Plan Review Staff for review and approval prior to receiving a final approval for the booth. I have reviewed and approved the structural calculations and drawing for the attendent booth. These items were required as a deferred submittal as a part of an agreement for an early release of the building permit. The calculations where done using the 1997 UBC; however, I approved it because the building and loads are very small and the wind loads used are equivalent to those in the 2000 IBC. JCM
