To remodel an existing 750 square foot restaurant tenant space for a new restaurant tenant. This space is located in Concourse B Extension of the Boise City Air Terminal. The dining room will have a floor area of 379 square feet. The service area and storage room will have a floor area of 372 square feet. Selective nonstructural demolition, including removing a grease hood and duct, is included under this permit. Other demolition is covered under permit BLD04-02155. Work is to include a vertical rolling security grille, interior nonbearing walls, gypsum board ceiling and soffits, a suspended ceiling, millwork, and finishes all per the approved drawings and the plan review report on file. Within the remodel area, the location of fire sprinker heads shall comply with NFPA 13-2002 as regulated by the Fire Department. CJW
