To construct a new 2,365 square feet, two story, wood framed, the single unit portion of this building with attached garages. The first floor is 1,622 square feet with 440 square feet of this area is for the garages. The second floor is 743 square feet. This unit is 2 story, 3 bedroom and 3-1/2 baths with an attached two car garage. NOTE: The installation of the fire wall is being driven by the 1,500 gpm fire flow at the hydrant. All construction per the approved plans and attached comment list. Refer to BLD 06-01206 for the permit on other side of the fire wall. Protected penetrations are allowed per 2003 IBC Sec. 705.
