A class "A" roof system and a defensible area shall be maintained. 8/20/08 Called Scott Clark about second floor joist support on the left side of the master bedroom. There is no beam or supporting wall. The windows in bedroom #2 do not meet emergengy exit requirements, he had me redlien the two windows on the left side of the bedroom to show 2'6 x 3'0 casements.
