To install using materials and methods specified on the plans and the attached engineering design data and details. Anchors into the existing concrete structure has been called out as HILTI QUIK BOLT TZ ANCHOR, ESR - 1917 (copy attached to plans) with minimum 2" embed into concrete. Per ESR report, Special Inspection is required. The lift manufacture will attach the lift equipment to the support structure. This building is fully sprinklered. SEPARATE PLANS, APPLICATION AND PERMIT ARE REQUIRED BEFORE ANY MODIFICATIONS TO THE EXISTING SYSTEM CAN BEGIN AS REGULATED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT. drs
