Permit is to remodel an existing 1,800 square foot tenant space. This tenant space was last remodeled under BLD06-00144 for “Scooters of Boise”. Work is to include: construction of new non-bearing partition walls to create two new changing rooms, construction of a new stairway to an existing mezzainine, construction of new half walls to serve as guards for the mezzanine, installation of new handrails, relocate lighting, miscellaneous electrical, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. . This section of the building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to this section of the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
