Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, modified stairways, floor coverings, and display fixtures all per approved drawings and plan review conditions on file. The location of fire sprinkler heads in remodeled areas shall comply with NFPA 13-1996 as regulated by the Fire Department. This permit IS NOT intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for the entire building. Restrooms, ventilation, and the exit system will be upgraded under future permits.
