ST ALPHONSUS MOB #6-O.B. DOCTORS; 1ST FLOOR - To extend the shell fire alarm system into the TI area of the associated building permit. Modifications include adding duct detectors in new VAV units for air handler shut down, and additional a/v devices, all devices powered from the existing FAC panel and NAC power extender panels.
The associated building permit (BLD 02-01479) is to construct and finish a 7,177 sq.ft. area on the south end of the 15,586 sq. ft. first floor. New space to be used for doctor's offices per approved plans on file. Work includes construction of interior non-bearing, non-combustible, fire-resistive walls to create exam, procedure, waiting, reception, accounting, lab, offices and support facilities. To install mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire supression & alarms systems to meet the tenant needs and to comply with current adopted codes and ordinances; to install suspended ceiling grid system, accessibility features throughout, interior finish and cabinetry.
