To install fire sprinklers in a 2,779-ft/2, one story single family dwelling with an attached 1,033-ft/2 three-car garage, per approved plans, all engineering and attached requirement lists. This lot is within a hillside area and is subject to the hillside ordinances. This structure shall be fitted with a 13D "Modified" fire sprinkler system, which includes a fire sprinkler barrier protection between garage and dwelling areas, per Boise City Ordinance. The fire sprinkler flow alarm shall be interconnected to the required residence smoke detection system. All fire sprinkler work and related, which includes single service water supply, the system backflow prevention device (provided by others), shall be per NFPA 13D, approved plans, engineering/red-lining and attached review comments, under direction of the Fire Chief.
