New total tenant area will be 3,413 sq. ft. Work to include new insulation and interior finish at exterior walls, new interior walls, new interior doors and windows, new suspended ceiling areas, new hard lid ceiling and attic insulation, new soffit work, interior finish, fire alarm work, new mechanical, new plumbing, and new electrical work.
